In-School Sessions and Series

Our cornerstone is our in-school mindfulness program for young children and school-aged students.

We believe that introducing mindfulness practices at an early age (as early as 2 years) is essential (though often missing), for a child's development. Our unique age-specific curricula are designed to help children cultivate improved attention, emotional regulation, and focus. By incorporating mindfulness into their routine, children learn to navigate challenges with greater resilience and empathy.

We provide ongoing series for schools (like music or art ‘specials’), along with focused 4 to 8-week sessions.

Afterschool and Club Programs

In addition to our in-school mindfulness programs, we offer a variety of after-school workshops and classes tailored to the specific needs of teams, clubs, and organizations.

Whether it's a sports team looking to enhance focus and performance, a student council seeking to improve communication and collaboration, or a club interested in exploring mindfulness practices for stress reduction, our workshops are designed to provide valuable tools and skills for students of all ages.

We work closely with each organization to create customized experiences that align with their goals and values.
