Our age-appropriate mindfulness curricula for older children and teens builds essential skills for emotional regulation, focused attention, and social awareness that support them through adolescence and beyond.

Two-Day Intro Courses

Introduction to mindfulness for students, plus teacher training to support ongoing implementation, designed as an entry point to mindfulness practices.
